Delivery arrangements
Delivery availability and any applicable charges are confirmed when your request is reviewed.
Delivery times
Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
Wholesale deliveries
Carton and pallet orders are delivered on scheduled dates agreed with your account manager.
Age verification
Orders containing alcohol must be received by an adult aged 18+ who may be asked for ID.
Damaged goods
Please report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund them.
